Nigerians in Vietnam are mourning the death of a business man known as Jude Chigbo Ihezie who was beaten and stabbed by unknown assailant on the chest in his apartment in Ve Linh Village, Phn Linh Commune, Soc Son, Hanoi on May 4, 2022.
According to the statement by the embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the 39 years old father of 2 was brutally murdered. He died on his way to the hospital.
The Ambassador His Excellency, Mr. Adamu Hassan Mamani assured all Nigerians that efforts would be put in place with the host authorities to ensure that the perpetrators of the crime are apprehended and brought to justice.
Mr Ihezie who hails from Obowo village in Imo state was a well known busines man who has lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and owned several businesses. He was married to a Vietnamese woman.
