In a heartbreaking incident, Yul Edochie, a popular Nollywood actor, has lost his firstborn son, Kambilichukwu Edochie. The 16-year-old passed away only two months after his birthday celebration with his wife, Mary Edochie. According to Pete Edochie, Yul’s father, the young boy fell while playing football with his peers and suffered a seizure. He was quickly rushed to the Mother and Child Hospital in Lagos, but unfortunately, he passed away a few hours later. Kambilichukwu, who would have turned 17 in May, will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
fter receiving the tragic news from Yul, Pete Edochie’s family immediately began to pray for the child. The distinguished actor described Kambilinachukwu as a brilliant and gifted individual who was not easily swayed. He had a calm disposition and could maintain his cool even in the most challenging situations. Edochie further praised his grandson’s accomplishments, although he admitted that his excellence made him uneasy, as he had observed that such individuals do not usually live for long. It was unfortunate that Kambilinachukwu passed away at such a young age, considering the potential he had shown.
