Williams’ transformative journey started after working at a USA correctional center, where he encountered young men lacking mentorship and guidance. This experience inspired him to establish BoysLead Foundation. The foundation has successfully impacted and nurtured young men of color globally. Williams’ educational background includes degrees from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, and Lagos State University. He furthered his skills with entrepreneurship education at the Business School of Houston.
BoysLead Foundation, under Williams’ guidance, has initiated projects that have significantly impacted the lives of young boys. “Global Boys Summit,” “Boys in Need of Direction (BIND)” “Boypreneur Challenge,” and the “I Can Lead Conference” stand out among the foundation’s key projects.
